Divergent

So, the Divergent movie is coming!!! There will be lots of pansycakes, to show that I'm not, I'm making this review! I've read all 3 and Allegiant is so sad :( but lets get on with the review. :)

Divergent is about this teenage girl named Tris Prior. she lives in a faction named Abnegation. There are 5 factions in all and each faction has different personalities. The first faction is Abnegation, where Tris is from. Abnegation people are selfless as of the meaning of the word Abnegation. The second faction is Dauntless, where people there are brave, while Amity is peaceful. Erudite is intelligent and Candor is honest.
Every 2nd day in the 3rd month, all 16 year olds from each faction is required to have an aptitude test in which they figure out which faction they belong in. When it was Tris' turn, her results were inconclusive. She displayed traits for Erudite, Abnegation and Dauntless. People who get these results are called Divergent.
The next day is the choosing ceremony and Tris chose Dauntless. She has to complete initiation to be a dauntless member.
Want to know if she makes it? Find out by reading the divergent series! its a very nice book and it surely wont make you stop.

book review: The Fault In Our Stars by John Green

The Fault In Our Stars

This book is very interesting for children and teens to read although it is very long I recommend it. It makes you don't want to stop like you HAVE to read it. So, lets get on about the book.

This book starts with a girl named Hazel Grace that has cancer. She needs to breath with a pump meaning she has lung cancer. She went to cancer kid support group to see other kids with cancer. There she met a boy named Augustus Waters who has osteosarcoma. They met by Augustus' friend named Isaac who has eye cancer. One of his eyes had been cut when he was a kid, so he has to have surgery that next week. Augustus and Hazel became good friends and they always talked about things. One day, Hazel told Augustus that she liked Peter Van Houten, an author and that her dream is to meet Peter. Augustus ended up emailing Peter's assistant and his assistant told Augustus that they could meet Peter in Holland. Augustus told Hazel about this and Hazel became very happy. Unfortunately, Hazels mom wouldn't let Hazel go. After days of begging, Hazels mom let Hazel go with Augustus for 3 days. When they went to Peters apartment, they found out that Peter isnt what they expected. Peter was an alcoholic which made Hazel sad. 2 days later, they went home. Augustus suddenly became very sick after 1 week, he died. Hazel was surprised that Peter came to his funeral Hazel swooped Peter away and Hazel became very sad.  funeral. Hazel was mad at him because she never wanted him to come. Want to know what happened to Hazel? Then read The Fault In Our Stars by John Green.
